A digital health solution to age-related blindness (digital health)

Requires USD $1.2 million to build the AI program, total addressable market USD $1 billion.

Investment Process

The type of investment is led by WIA’s Senior Advisory Board, based on their combined sixty years of experience in Health Sciences. The due diligence includes predefined criteria, includes the

market position of the asset, technical assessment and the likelihood of a successful return for the client. Regular reporting and relevant updates will be provided

Risk Mitigation

Investment biotech is high risk but can be a high return. WIA’s recommendation is to match our client’s investment goals based on their risk tolerance, and that the right percentage of their investment pool is applied accordingly Diversification and due diligence are critical.

Investment Terms

The minimum Investment in a WIA project will be AUD $200,000. WIA’s will charge some appropriate management fees to cover costs.
There is a Lock-Up Period during which investors cannot redeem or withdraw their investments from the fund for a minimum period of two years.

Exit Strategies

We recognise our client’s liquidity needs. Offer flexible investment terms and will endeavour to accommodate their financial planning requirements.
WIA will look to run funds no longer than five years, at which time we will look to either IPO or acquisition of the vendors IP by an industry-heavy weight.
