WIA adopts three key strategies in the application of it’s services: transparency, operational flexibility and technological innovation.

Transparency as a trust-building mechanism

Transparent pricing is essential for fostering trust and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Accordingly, WIA presents its clients with itemised bills for services rendered.

Operational flexibility and efficient team structures

WIA operates as a nimble and dynamic business unit. This agility allows for flexibility and an efficient and effective structure that can be adapted to varying workloads and client needs.

Rapid adoption of technological innovations

Fast adoption of new technology provides a significant competitive edge for WIA firms. Technologies such as AI, machine learning and document automation filtering have dramatically enhanced the efficiency and effectiveness of our services.
*** Please note that WIA uses technology as a tool only in our offerings. We pride ourselves on our people and our key points of differentiation.

Understanding the Australian Government

In Australia, the migration program is managed under the Federal Government’s portfolio of Home Affairs. The sitting Government writes the policy. The Department of Home Affairs then applies the Policy. It needs to be recognised that both operate independently of each other, and WIA manages them accordingly.
The sitting Australian government can change every four years at parliamentary election time. Either the Labour or Liberal parties. Labour currently being in power.
However, the Department of Home Affairs remains the same institution, and the bureaucrats within it have been working in their roles for 20+ years.
Understanding the nuances of the sitting Australian Government’s Minister for Home Affairs, the Department of Home Affairs is a key proponent for WIA.

WIA work closely with each entity which has taken many years of relationship-building and strategic engagement, to be able to influence the desired outcome.

Navigating Australian migration policies

Navigating Australian migration is challenging; the application of the Australian migration laws and the visa policies are considerably complex to interpret and apply. Choosing an inexperienced migration practitioner means a new visa applicant will be unsuccessful in their submission, and tarnish Australia as a destination of choice.

The challenges that visa applicants face include:

The inconsistencies and constant substituting of visa policies by Australian Governments (The sitting government can change every four years).
Migration is always a controversial topic in Australian politics, so the sitting government will often make decisions on policy that they think will get them re-elected, rather than what’s in the best interest of Australia’s economic growth.
Visa applications are processed by the Department of Home Affairs (DHA). DHA operates as a separate entity from the sitting government, and DHA’s interpretation in applying the policies can often be ambiguous.
